A Real Artiste.

Kathy Kirby; to those who were and still are her fans, the name will conjour memories of a wonderful artiste, coloured by her unique voice, style and glorious looks often compared to Marilyn Monroe.

No one has ever been able to emulate Kathy's exclusive voice or style. She was able to capture all the emotions in her performances and gave everything to her audiences and followers. I was priviledged to see and hear her live on several occasions and wish I still could.

However at the end of the day, it is wonderful that Kathy is still with us even though she is not performing now.
